HOW FAST DO I GET MY DESIGN BACK?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours. Express delivery is available when you are against the clock.
WHICH SCANNERS AND SOFTWARE DO YOU SUPPORT?
3Shape, Medit, iTero and any scanner that exports STL/PLY. Designs are made in exocad by certified dentists and delivered mill-ready.
CAN I REVIEW THE DESIGN BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Always. Every case includes a review checkpoint — inspect the design in 3D right in your portal and request changes until you approve.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
You get a clear estimate when submitting, a formal invoice from the studio, and a receipt once paid. Final files unlock after payment and approval.
